Whenever we talk about optimizing a website from search engine prospective and getting top rankings for their main keywords, there are two primary things where our focus goes. First, it’s content and then link building activities. I will not be discussing much about how to use content on a website for better rankings. Today’s article, will mostly focused around the things that really works in link building also will include some ideas that does not work at all.
First thing you have to is, add some contents on your website around the products and services, you are planning. Once you have that thing done, you and others can link to your website. When building links, you should first look at getting links for your main keyword and then go for second level keywords. For every main keyword, there will be some related keywords available. And you need to be better than your competitors to outrank them in search engine rankings.
You should get some articles written and then use them for backlinking purpose. When you submit these articles on article submission websites, you will get some links for your website in your article and body section that are highly acceptable all search engines.
Next thing you can do is find some websites related to your website in different demographics. You may find problems in getting links from website operating in your niche with similar geo-targeting.
